This role is Monday to Friday (hours are flexible but must be willing to work unsocila hours from time to time)Â

Key Responsibilities:
- Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites   Â
- Answering recruitment enquires   Â
- Screening, processing and on-boarding candidates for induction & trainingÂ
- Complete necessary right to work checks for all candidates  Â
- Monitor and Manage performance of warehouse colleagues  Â
- Ensure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment process   Â
- Management of all internal systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal and Unity  Â
- Manage reporting on worker information with regards to sickness & attendance etc.  Â
- Engage with colleagues daily to boost colleague performanceÂ
Â
- To possess a good level of communication skill, both oral and written.  Â
- To work effectively as part of a team but also confident working alone.Â
- Great Organisation skills and the ability to prioritise where needed.  Â
- Focus and dedication to an excellent quality of service at all times.  Â
- PC literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word   Â
- To meet and exceed all tasks and functions without management reminder.  Â
- Previous recruitment experience is neededÂ
