Key Responsibilities

Production & Daily Operations
Â
- Coordinate daily production orders
- Monitor stock levels (trays/boxes)
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain awareness of allergens and prevent cross-contamination
Product Quality
Â
- Ensure all products meet specification and quality standards
Maintenance & Operational Support
Â
- Report any machine or line issues to the Production Manager/Line Leaders
- Complete all required documentation accurately
- Undertake training to maintain and improve skill sets
- Contribute to reducing waste in raw materials and packaging
Â
Candidate Requirements
Â
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in production within food manufacturing desirable, particularly meat, chilled, frozen, or retail sectors
- Food hygiene qualification desirable
Skills & Competencies

- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Basic IT literacy and good numerical ability
