Pay rate – £45 per hour 
Contract role, Transitions Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Work Team Manager in West London 
This is to manage a Transitions Team, working with disabled young people preparing for adult life. To make sure the move from Children’s Social Care to Adult Social Care is as smooth as possible.
